E-Fit’s E-Move routine includes a full-body workout of just 20 minutes that is based on EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology This will allow you to exercise as much as 18x more efficiently than during a classic 90-minute workout. During a workout, by means of a special electrode suit, impulses are sent to 10 different muscle groups which allows for up to 48,000 muscle contractions.

E-Move allows for each muscle group to be controlled separately and offers various workout routines (fat burning, muscle strengthening, cardio, back support, etc.).
