About the device
There are 3 treatment methods with the E-Fit Beauty & Slim:
- E-Shape: Slim & Tight without sports (link page E-Shape)
- E-Relieve: Pain reduction back, neck & joints (link page E-Relieve)
- E-Cardio: active session on the elliptical cross trainer for better fat burning, fitness and calorie burning
Each method takes only 20 minutes and can be applied hands-free. The coach only needs a few minutes per client to start the chosen treatment plan. Because of these hands-free treatments, the coach gets extra time for other activities/treatments and the end customer enjoys 20 minutes of pure me-time! Ideally, clients should come in 2 to 3 times a week for a 20-minute session, with clearly visible and noticeable results after just 5 sessions.

E-Shape
With E-Shape you can become slimmer and toned without exercising. During a passive treatment, you will enjoy 20 minutes of me-time, in combination with passive toning via the Beauty & Slim device. The perfect combination of electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and infrared boosts your metabolism, will tackle cellulite efficiently and has a skin-firming effect.
E-Relieve
Thanks to the E-Relieve program, pain reduction of the back, neck and joints is made possible. During these passive sessions, the weaker muscle groups are strengthened without putting extra strain on them. This is thanks to the combination of EMS technology and infrared. Ideal for the fight against chronic pain or as a replacement for the back school.
E-Cardio
During an E-Fit cardio training, the customer chooses a cardio machine of their choice (such as an elliptical, treadmill or rower) and the focus is on an intensive burn. The time of a standard cardio workout is reduced to 1/3 time. It ensures a better condition, longer endurance of the muscles, higher calorie burning and reduces stress.

With the Beauty & Slim device, you can choose from Thermocare pants (with belly and arm belt), a Thermocare backpack (with belly and arm belt) or special cardio pants (with belly and arm belt). Which technical clothing you choose always depends on the chosen treatment plan, the goal and any complaints from the end customer.
Both the Thermocare clothing and the cardio pants are:

How Thermocare works
ThermoCare works with IR-C long wave infrared and penetrates 4 to 22 micrometers deep into the body. Long-wave infrared rays penetrate our skin and are extremely safe. In our skin, they move microscopic water molecules, creating heat. The body itself ensures that this heat is sent deep into the body, so that it heats up faster, more efficiently, better and, above all, safer. As a result, blood circulation throughout the body accelerates and our cell metabolism improves. The healing effect translates into a decrease in pain to the muscles, joints or even organs.
